Has anyone else submitted everything but held their application for a LOR.. the LOR was sent but it still says application held per request? Is this just because of the large volume of applications or should I call them?

your file is updated the 1st and the 15th of each month. I submitted my app 10/19 and requested that they hold until they receive one more LOR. the LOR was processed by LSAC on 10/22, my file was updated 11/1, and I went complete 11/2.

I know it's just so weird because I submitted 10/1, the LOR that my application was on hold for was received by LSAC on 11/5 and not sent until 11/16 does that mean that my application wont go complete until 12/1?

you might go complete in the next few days -- I was in the same exact boat as you (my LOR was received and processed at LSAC on 11/5 too), but my status check updated late on 11/16 -- here's to hoping the same for you today. I'd imagine Georgetown is behind in processing all the files coming in but it doesn't make sense to penalize you with like more 15 days of being held.

I wouldn't worry, all, about how many times your application updates.
Mine has updated many times now.

11/1, 11/2, 11/08, 11/12, 11/16

and as far as I can tell GULC has never rejected a 179... I mean I cant be sure they'll admit me, but I'm not panicking because of 5 updates... yet.

Gtown's a pretty big reach for me, even applying PT (3.64/165) But I'm hoping the engineering background/IP focus/Interview at the Patent Office put me over the top.

Complete 11/15

Nothing yet... I'm thinking they may keep me from a decision until I hear back about the interview.

Are you all ED? I applied ED, and have status dates of 11/2, 11/4, 11/9, and 11/16. My three weeks is up on Tuesday; expecting something soon.

Went complete 11/15, and now I have an update from today 11/18 saying complete. weird. i was hoping to be under review.

No, I'm RD. I think the majority of us waiting right now (i.e., stuck on 11/15) are RD.

FYI it never says under review. The dates of completion will, however, change until you get your decision.

I'm still stuck on 11/9 for RD PT with marginal numbers.

Not Rejected Yet! is a good place for me to be right now

Count me in for the 11/15 RD club as well.

11/1 - 11/2 - 11/12 - 11/15

Not sure if I want 11/15 to be the latest admit date or not. On one hand, might be a nice ivory card in my mailbox next week. On the other, could be a WL email sitting in the office waiting to be sent to me.

i got an acceptance letter on monday...but I think it was sitting in my mailbox since late last week...totally surprised that they're sending out non-ED decisions this early, but I'll take it

ps it was a super tiny envelope, about the size of a greeting card
