Nothing yet for me other than a interview request from WUSTL. I'll be getting all my t14 apps in this weekend.gamerish wrote:50/50The Abyss wrote:About the same here. The WUSTL interview felt like a formality last year - got the acceptance and $$$$ offer before anything from it could possibly have been reviewed. The Abyss wrote:Nothing yet for me other than a interview request from WUSTL. Anyone know where I can find that spreadsheet with the 25/median/75s for GPA and LSAT? Thank you kindly, gentlepeople of TLS.

I thoroughly enjoy watching you blast people with truly inane questions in some of these applicant threads. 10/10 would recommend.lymenheimer wrote:

Re: c/o 2019 Applicant Compendium (2015 - 2016)
I've been hesitant to join admitted-student Facebook groups, since I'm not ready to tell my employer that I'm quitting to go to law school and would hate to be outed prematurely because some co-worker saw on my page or in their timeline that I joined one of these groups. I know they're closed groups, but I think that means they're still visible (as opposed to secret groups that aren't).
Any advice from social media wizards? Anyone who's in one of these groups care to share whether you find it valuable?
I probably shouldn't email admissions and ask that they change the privacy settings...

Thank you. Thank you. I'll be here until the end of time, I'm sure. I bet the search function is lonely in some of those threads though tbh. Never given attention based on what I can tellEnderWiggin wrote:I thoroughly enjoy watching you blast people with truly inane questions in some of these applicant threads. 10/10 would recommend.lymenheimer wrote:

Have a question -- on the completed application on the LSAC portal I see there is a "created" and a "transmitted" date. Do people here think adcoms see those dates? I mean, it wouldn't look so great if the application was created and then submitted a half hour later, no?

You know, it's funny... I knew I was going to get that response but didn't figure it would be the first one lol
I think for all the hours ppl spend on their apps and obsessing over admissions in general it is a pretty good detail to consider

Also, it wouldn't even reflect the amount of time you spent not on LSAC working on it, so again, poor indicator and you're overthinking it.benwyatt wrote:chickensoup1234 wrote:You know, it's funny... I knew I was going to get that response but didn't figure it would be the first one lol

I'm fairly certain that you can keep your recent activity private, and not display any groups you're a part of on your timeline.WinterComing wrote:I've been hesitant to join admitted-student Facebook groups, since I'm not ready to tell my employer that I'm quitting to go to law school and would hate to be outed prematurely because some co-worker saw on my page or in their timeline that I joined one of these groups.
