Welp going to a 3 hour lab that I can't use a phone or laptop in... everyone pray that I don't have a breakdown over the next excruciating three hours.

On the one hand, we should be responsible adults and appreciate the transparency without burdening their server.skyhigh4760 wrote:If he didn't tweet about decisions...we wouldn't be overloading the server...
On the other hand... WHAT'S MY STATUS??? F5 F5 F5 F5

For the first cycle of reviewed applicants, yes*. We don't know who is or is not in that group of applicants, though. It's weird that he used the word cycle, but in reality he probably meant something more like round.Petrichor wrote:from his twitter "we have done admits and denies this cycle already. only one decision left: holds. we will be releasing our 1st group today." does that mean people who have not received acceptances or rejections at this point are all on hold?
*he did say a small batch of admits was being released today, as well.

The real enemy here is LSAC. Let's not lose sight of that.

he just meant that NU has released both admit and deny decisions thus far this cycle, but haven't released any waitlists (until today). i'm sure there's still plenty more of all 3 to come

Let's dispel once and for all with this fiction that Johann doesn't know what he's doing. He knows exactly what he's doing.robertloblawslawblog wrote:The real enemy here is LSAC. Let's not lose sight of that.

Just got through. Still sitting at complete since late November.
Should I just be expecting a rejection at this point?

Now I'm afraid that if they somehow have analytics and know that I'm refreshing on repeat I'll be automatically rejected. I'm gonna stop for a bit

Just got through, still complete, but it looks like that doesn't mean anything re:being held since Johann said that the "hold decisions were on hold".

Ah, a whole new medium for my paranoia.
Just checked my complete date on DLDS for the first time. Despite submitting my interview in late November, I only went complete on 1/4. Northwestern, why?

Re: Northwestern c/o 2019 Applicants (2015-2016)
Same thing happened to me and a few others. Honestly at this point I'd consider it a blessing given that most of the people who went complete back in November that are going to be accepted already have been.Draconem wrote:BirdLawExpert wrote:What's your complete date in the DLDS?Draconem wrote:Just got through. Is being on hold the same thing as waitlisted? Or is it more like being deferred?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
