If your under review was updated, it means that you're at UR2. It looks as though all of us EDers are at UR2, myself included now.

. I think I got a little worried because I've been following this guy on LSN who has basically the same stats as me (2 points less on the LSAT, .02 lower GPA), and our cycle has pretty much matched perfectly aside from 1 school. He just got waitlisted at Penn last week.
