Hey Austin, good to see this cycle has gone well for you so far. My interviewer mentioned that they prefer to give out decision on Fridays (like everyone has been suggesting).

For those that interviewed and don't hear back for a long time, I was admitted back in Nov. but they forgot to tell me lol.

Submitted and interviewed in Nov. Interview went great, the interviewer really sold me on WUSTL. Then nothing until I gave them a call yesterday. Apparently I was accepted but never received an acceptance email or letter, not even a status update.

Haha yah I've been sitting here scratching my head for the past 2 months. I just hope it doesn't impact my scholarship amount.

From what I understand it's not always required, but it almost always happens. If they request an interview with you, it's essentially the final step before being accepted. They cut out the bulk before they request an interview though; interviews mean they are seriously considering you as a candidate.

I'd imagine some students are admitted without any interview, though.

Don't be nervous. I (and I think most other people ITT) had very pleasant experiences with the interview. I don't remember being asked anything too surprising either, mostly the typical Why Law, Why WashU, etc. etc.

I just dont think they are going by route numbers for scholly. I am not underwhelmed by any means.
