the FB group hasnt grown past 118 for a while. Now that all apps have been in for about a week, and there is still just under half the class to admit, is it possible that people still pending from the fall could get admits? Like they were waiting to except some people until they knew there was no one better left to apply, and now that they know that, they'll accept people from many months back? Just optimism?

Prolly just faculty review. I don't think Yale does admissions in the way your post suggests.

March submits have historically been admitted as late as 4/16 so I doubt they are done combing over the applications submitted past the deadline.

rejects are late march and waitlists mid april according to lsn historically

Pretty much. WL admits will very likely be in the single digits.

Nope, no more big rejections. Apparently Yale is tripling its class size this year.

That reminds me of what Dean Minow was saying at HLS ASW. Something along the lines that a Harvard class size is about the size of a liberal arts college and that "that college down the road" is about the size of a high school. She went on to say, "I dont know about you, but I know which one I enjoyed better".

I giggled and then mailed LSAC one of my points back from the LSAT, it was the honest thing to do.

Hey my high school had 850 students per class, so both schools look small to me x.x
