Does anyone have the number for the admissions office? The number I keep calling goes straight to Voicemail and doesn't say anything about the law school. It's 812-855-4765

Is your mailing address different from your permanent address? Maybe they sent it to your parents? I'm sure it's on its way!ktg808 wrote:I never got stationaryLwoods wrote:A week or so ago. It's very nicemla wrote:Did anyone else get the stationary in the mail today?

Re: IU Bloomington Class of 2014
I went complete around the same time as you, and am still waiting for a response. They seem to be taking their time in making decisions, so I am going forward assuming a rejection.JLJ wrote:Is anyone still waiting to hear from these guys? I went complete on 2/24 and they said it would be 8-10 weeks. But it seems like I am the only one who hasn't heard. Seat deposits are in a week for Minnesota and this is the last school I am waiting to hear from. Should I call, email, write a LOCI, or just wait?

Best of luck to both of you, but I wouldn't expect acceptance unless your numbers are out of this world. They made this class smaller than last year. And it looks like the seats are filling up quickly.

I'm still waiting, but I only went complete last week. It took over a month for me to go complete even though I had all my stuff in.

I would call, it can't hurt. Besides, given the fact that seat deposits are due soon, I think it's completely reasonable to call at this point.JLJ wrote:Is anyone still waiting to hear from these guys? I sent a LOCI/Why Indiana essay today for this very reason. Hoping it's not too late to get some dollar bills.TommyK wrote:Best of luck to both of you, but I wouldn't expect acceptance unless your numbers are out of this world. I haven't heard either. I've been complete since January 31st.Perplexed Penguin wrote:I'm still waiting, but I only went complete last week. It took over a month for me to go complete even though I had all my stuff in.

What's your definition of out of this world? I'm at 166, which is where they started giving out the giant scholarships. I'm also an Indiana resident if that means anythingTommyK wrote:Best of luck to both of you, but I wouldn't expect acceptance unless your numbers are out of this world. Re: IU Bloomington Class of 2014
During SLD, they said that more than half the seats were already confirmed. IIRC there are supposed to be ~180 people in this upcoming class and something north of 220 students at SLD. I think you would have been a shoe-in if you had applied earlier than the beginning of February. It will probably come down to how many people commit by April 1. Not sure if residence factors into it. TBF, this is just wild conjecture by a fellow applicant. I didn't mean to imply that you necessarily wouldn't get accepted; I meant to say that acceptance after some application date is probably not 100% guaranteed like it almost was earlier in the cycle, just because they will run out of seats. Again - best of luck in your cycle.JamMasterJ wrote:What's your definition of out of this world? I'm at 166, which is where they started giving out the giant scholarships. Yes, but I believe if you were/are accepted after March 1st you get until May 15th. I would double check though.JLJ wrote:Are seat deposits due on April 1st? The more I look into IU Bloomington the more I hope I get accepted. I went complete 2/24 and with a 168 it looks like if I would have applied earlier I would have definitely gotten one of those scholarships. Right now it looks like I am heading to Minnesota, but hopefully I hear from these guys soon.
With a 168 you should still be good. I know a few people have turned down the big scholarships to go to better schools. Hopefully that money finds its way to you

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
