It'll be however many times your "under review" date has changed, so you have to be watching it. If you've interviewed tben you SHOULD be UR3 (I'm pretty sure) and if you haven't yet then you're UR1 (or UR2 if you were odd like I was and had a date change).

So really there's no way to know unless you're paying attention or just guessing based on where you are in the process.

Interview request
Application under review (UR2 - date change): interview done
Application under review (UR3 - date change): second committee read
Application under review (UR4 - date change): usually a few days before decision

Thank you guys. I haven't been looking that closely on my app. I must be on three or four though. I applied November 28th and my last update was 1/23/2017.
