My interviewer started the interviewer by explaining it was required for admissions, but I thought I saw people on here accepted without one? After interview, heard back with decision two business days later. I think, however, you can be wait listed without an interview.

This is accurate, I was waitlisted without an interview.

Sure this has been covered, but any reimbursement available for ASW? Or does it depend on numbers?

If this cycle is like others, yes, and it depends generally on numbers. Last cycle they gave out $100 and $200, usually with one night hotel stay added. They will let you know if you qualify for one, but you could always call and inquire about availability.

I requested the shirt on Wednesday. It probably came yesterday while I was out of town.

So I applied early December and interviewed 12/23 (thought it went pretty well), but haven't heard anything since then. From what I've seen, most people get a decision within a week or so after their interview. Should I call to check on the status of my app? Anyone else in this position?

I interviewed in Nov. and didn't hear back for almost 3 months.

Interviewed this week and still waiting. I thought it was quicker as well.
I interviewed in early February. My interviewer even told me she would email me some information regarding next steps the next day. I sent a thank you email two days later. I have not heard a word from my interviewer or the school since the interview, not even the "next steps" email.
My interviewer didn't say anything about next steps but she did mention multiple times she would send me additional info regarding some of the programs and classes I asked about yet never followed through...
It was exactly the same for me.
They are probably swamped.

This is accurate, I was waitlisted without an interview.
By the way, I was admitted without an interview, but this was back in September or October.

I asked them about this. They offered me a night in a hotel or $150 in reimbursement with receipts.

General question, and sorry if it's been answered before.

From reading this and other boards it seems as though people who applied after Christmas found out they would be interviewed within 5 to 6 weeks. Can I pretty safely assume that as that as I get further separated from that benchmark, my chance of getting interviewed/accepted goes down? WUSTL is in between target and medium stretch for me, so I had no expectation of getting in. Thanks for any insight

Has anyone that has previously interviewed been admitted today? I thought that the rest of us would've found out today since ASW is next week :|

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
