My application has been complete since 12/26 with no movement. Is long waiting to go UR normal?

I went complete 12/20 and thought it took a while for me to go UR. I'd give it another week or so.

I think I had 4 URs then a decision not long after the 4th last year, so tomorrow might be the day for y'all.

We still don't have first quarter grades; fffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu

Welp, that interview was awful. My interviewer acted like he hated me as a person. He probably did by the end.

Edit: UR2 following the interview. I think UR1 was 12/24ish.

Just kidding. I'm sure it went just fine :). Interviews always seem like they went horrible afterwards, but in most cases there's nothing to worry about.

I just had another status change... happened sometime this afternoon as I checked at about 10:30.

Application under review 11/22 (complete 10/24), status 1/3/14, interview request 1/8, interview 1/15, same day back to UR status, 1/17 status, 1/21 status. So, UR4 I guess? Maybe 5 depending on how you count. Hopefully this last one means we get decisions tomorrow!

I'm mostly confused by this post...

The real existential question is: what constitutes a UR and of course, is every UR the same? I'm going to have to ponder this tonight.
