Re: Fordham c/o 2016/17 (2012-2013 Cycle)
from earlier post and from folks who attended a ASW at fordham they were upfront on scholarships. that they usually don't negotiate. I got a 75K over 3 years. i probably will not attend. USC gave me 120K, UCLA gave me 90K, GWU gave 90K. so I got some other options. I wanted to be in NY but when I went to Cali for the tours...it was 85 and sunny. back home it was 29 cold and windy.....the only way i go to NY is good scholly at Cornell, NYU or just accepted at Columbia. I will probably Withdraw next week. good luck to you all.

Didn't get any real need-based aid, a bit disappointed.

I really don't mean this to sound like I'm trying to develop a combative shtick with you, but when you announce that you're withdrawing from a school, you don't have to post a painfully long screed detailing all the great success your cycle has yielded. In all seriousness, congratulations on the great year, but a simple "Hey guys, withdrawing!" will suffice.uconjak wrote:from earlier post and from folks who attended a ASW at fordham they were upfront on scholarships. that they usually don't negotiate. Me too. (Saves me from searching for other posts to find out the OP's numbers, and how s/he scored xx at yy. And for some, weather IS important.)I kind of appreciate the context.

Lets try this again
I'm sure the question has been beaten to death, and I shouldn't expect much, but when can I expect news on merit scholarship?

Any idea what it means if you've had multiple date changes but still listed as complete in status checker?

If you don't receive any information within 2 weeks of acceptance, the answer is (probably) no, but feel free to ask them.teiswei wrote:Lets try this again![]()

Fordham is a private institution and does not offer in-state tuition.pianogirl wrote:Does anyone know if we can establish residency after 1 year? Mom lives in NY
But outside of that, I would bet that you can get your drivers license the day you move!

New to the thread. What's the overall attitude toward this years Fordham cycle?
I was admitted with no merit aid yet, so baring some shocking turn of events im the next couple weeks I'll have to withdraw.
