No, I'm pretty sure it came in the regular mail (though I could be wrong). I think it came just like the viewbook in a standard white envelope.

Yep. In order not to out myself, I'd rather not say exactly what the email said, but it seemed standard enough not to raise any flags in my mind. Simply, "Hey, everything is good to go, you are in review."

I have a very basic template that says something like:

"Hello _________,

I have finished applying to law schools and have decided not to apply to _________. Please remove me from further paper and electronic correspondence.

Best of luck to you in selecting your class this cycle.

They have all stopped sending me stuff, many of them with kind emails back

Frankly I find these people far less annoying than the t20-t30 schools that wouldn't give me the time of day with my old LSAT score, while after the new one they are beating down my door. No love at all for those schools.
