Me too! I want that awkward phone call! Congrats though. :-)

Seriously, why does it take 9 weeks to make a decision on my file?!

I was waitlisted 2 years ago and have since won a prestigious BU service award, earned a masters degree, taught through Teach for America for 2 years, and increased my LSAT by two points...I'm expecting some love soon BU! I think I'm going to email them a 'Why BU?' letter tomorrow if I don't hear.

ahah! embarassed/ proud to say that this is my standard ringtone....I'll have to find something even more exciting for BU.

Anyone who has recently gotten in care to share when they went complete? Due to a Dec LSAT I wasn't complete until around Jan 10th....

 Did this hypothetical person just realize it NOW and sent in the app way earlier?
If so, I dunno...

I mean, I feel like it is what it is. I imagine you could still get in. Just because A is a lot better doesn't mean that B isn't sufficiently good, if that makes any sense. Hopefully, they'll think that B is great.

*sigh* BU, what are you doing over there with my ap? I try to comfort myself to telling myself that every school has to give every applicant some sort of decision. They can't just forget about me forever.

You could email them the other essay as an attachment and explain that you send the previous PS in error. But then you'd have to go through processing, etc. again and it'd delay your results.

Hopefully? All my Boston friends are at work today and the MBTA is running so they're probably there.

His stats are both below median and on LSN you will notice BU doesn't often accept people with at least one of those numbers above median.

Yeah, I mean, he's barely below the medians and has a lot of other strength in his application imho.

Thinking about calling BU for a status check. I want them to tell me a meaningless non comforting statement.

Mag, can you PM me your stats? And also would like to know when you went complete. I'm complete since 11/17.

Just requested an application status update  I've been complete since 11/15, so I don't think it's unwarranted... sounds like nobody heard anything useful from doing this, but maybe they'll be like, hmmm xtine? OMG I FORGOT ABOUT HER! how have we NOT called her yet? let's call her RIGHT NOW. :D

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
