Did anyone get scholarship info with their letters?

Edit: Just checked the mail and got my admittance letter. It came with a bunch of stuff about applying for financial aid

. Probably not a good sign, ha. But excited I got in. I want to study tax law and Florida has a great program.

Nope.

So everyone going to the February 25 ASD, which sessions are you choosing to go to and are you going to both the brunch and reception? I'm thinking of going to: tours, externships, and then I'm debating between journals and financial aid. I wish we didn't have to choose and could go to all.

Damn Barbie, we are both having a tough decision between Illinois and UF. I have no idea what to do, I haven't even visited UIUC yet and I'm not sure I'll have a chance to. Which way are you leaning?

I have NO idea. My fiance can get his MBA and I can get my JD @ FSU for the price of just me getting my JD @ UF so if UF doesn't come through with a financial option I'm leaning FSU out of the two of them. (Im faxing them my financial paper tonight as mine is actually due this week. for yall just admitted you have plenty of time so dont worry). I know Illinois is probably the best option for my future but I'm so worried about the debt...

I would like to extend an offer to someone needing a place to stay for ASD. My girl is a med student and we have hosted quite a few interviewees and enjoy hosting, so just PM and we can work it out. We have 3 cats and a futon in the office.

haha I was about to post asking the same thing because I want to do both as well. Maybe we can split off for that session and report back if we can't find anyone who only wants to go to the financial aid one.

I'm thinking about the financial aid session. Haven't finalized my plans yet though.
We can all compare notes at the end of the day, or on here, whatever happens.

By the way, what is men's business casual clothing in Florida?
I've seen any number of outfits that don't seem suitable anywhere else but Florida!
My guess is leather shoes, black trousers, long-sleeve shirt, and no tie and no jacket would work.

I'm really excited ASD is that specific weekend in February because it's the same weekend as the Disney Princess Half-Marathon which I am DYING to do! So since I'll be in Florida that weekend anyway, I'm going to sign up to run the half-marathon. Any other runners out there planning to run it or will y'all be too hungover from boozing it up with fellow TLSers?
