Whacka and I made a point of copying our useful posts into word docs in advance of the nuking.Robb wrote:Careful about removing your posts, y'all, there arelots ofa few here and there useful posts among the shitposts.

I can read it if you'd like.gamerish wrote:Anybody wanna rip apart the first draft of my PS? I'd make a thread about in the PS section but it can almost certainly out me and my name so I'd rather not post it publicly. I'm gonna go to sleep now so if anybody will do me the favor of reading it, I'll send it to you in the morning.
Note that I'm not at all sensitive about my writing so please be as forthcoming and honest as possible.

I didn't at first but than I just got a bit creeped out by randos lurking in my personal life. Plus I don't want to say something dumb about wanting one school over another or something and have that somehow affect me.theugg wrote:Idk if I care if people can identify me, tbh.

I figured nearly 4000 posts was a good time to nuke everything. I preserved Cornell, NYU, and the Spreadsheets but everything else is gone.Generally wrote:I didn't at first but than I just got a bit creeped out by randos lurking in my personal life. My thoughts are that the more posts you have the less pertinent it is to delete your posts. It's easy to go through 100, much less easy to go through 1k+. Also, idgaf at this point. My SCOTUS/POTUS dreams have given way to reality.benwyatt wrote:I figured nearly 4000 posts was a good time to nuke everything. I preserved my Columbia post. It is harder when you have more posts, but I would rather just clean slate it.lymenheimer wrote:My thoughts are that the more posts you have the less pertinent it is to delete your posts. Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.

Plus it's not that hard for schools to look through their individual threads and see what's being said by applicants. If an applicant said something the school found particularly offensive then they have the incentive to ID the poster.Generally wrote:I preserved my Columbia post.
