I fear that my numbers are *just* good enough to not be an auto-ding and they're going to drag this out until April 30th before sending me my inevitable rejection.

Would you take S over H?

That's the persistent question for me right now. S has small class size, which I like, and I'm from the west coast. But I really love Cambridge and know a few people over at H already who love it there.

Yeah, I think they're similar enough where you can't go wrong with either. Although I don't know if SLS's higher clerkship # are due to self-selection or SLS being better at clerkship placement.

Did you get any full rides to CCN or lower that you're still considering, or is it basically between H/Y/S at this point?

Yeah, the smaller size of Y/S make sense for the unicorn-y type work I want to do (PI, fedgov, academia). I have some good offers at other T14s, but not good enough at CC to keep me alive there, waiting on NYU.

Just checking, is "Your file has been submitted for review" the last status that will appear on the checker before we are either accepted, WLed or rejected? Or is there somethng else? Also, is the date (for "Your file has been submitted for review") supposed to change anytime before we get a decision?

I appreciate your insights always because we seem to be in similar boats. I'm also in at H but think I lean toward YS. I'm also from the West coast. Sitting on a full ride at NYU. Hopefully we both get a full range of choices and the chance to visit!
