From what people have been saying, any switch to DP means you'll get a WL or rejection in March...what are your numbers?Panther7 wrote:Nothing since that...Current Status: Application Ready for Review

Yes, it will be in thereJMBrown32 wrote:Just noticed "admit packet mailed" under mailings. Pretty excited! If I'm awarded a merit scholarship will that info be included in the admit packet?
People don't know what they're talking about. The status checker tells you all you need to know about the timing of decisions.ndirish2010 wrote:From what people have been saying, any switch to DP means you'll get a WL or rejection in March...what are your numbers?Panther7 wrote:Nothing since that...Current Status: Application Ready for Review

You will know if you were admitted if, under the "mailings" section, it says something along the lines of "Congrats, admit packet mailed XX/XX"married0L wrote:Ready for Review 1/14

Any feeling on this batch?

Not immediately though. Mine took about a day to show up correctly.astro1819 wrote:You will know if you were admitted if, under the "mailings" section, it says something along the lines of "Congrats, admit packet mailed XX/XX"married0L wrote:Ready for Review 1/14

GPA is similar (3.4), 171 LSAT and I've been decision pending since 11/2. I'm a little surprised...I thought my numbers for W & M were at least competitive and I wrote the optional essays, but looking at LSN, it doesn't look good to have been waiting this longJohngalt7385 wrote:My numbers are 3.37, 168 and I am currently under DP status. I would be very surprised if you didn't get in. If you don't it's yield protection. Maybe send a LOCI?Chromakey wrote:GPA is similar (3.4), 171 LSAT and I've been decision pending since 11/2. I just decided this week to pull the trigger and send in my ED form to UVA. If I don't get in ED then I will definitely be sending a LOCI to W&M. Outside of UVA, they are probably my top choice, so the wait has been a little frustrating (though considering that I've heard from most of my other schools, I guess I shouldn't be complaining)Rowinguy2009 wrote:I would be very surprised if you didn't get in. After looking at your LSN, are you really telling me you would take W&M over Penn and Cornell? Not saying you're wrong for that decision, but what factors are contributing to that?Chromakey wrote:I just decided this week to pull the trigger and send in my ED form to UVA. Perhaps I should have qualified my original statement a bit more. I don't think I could justify paying sticker for W&M over Penn or Cornell, but if there was money involved, then yes I would probably choose them over the others. A lot of this comes down to environment. I think Ithaca's long winters and Philly's distractions would not present the most ideal environments for me. I know my weaknesses and I want to spend three years where I think I will be happiest.wackjickham wrote:After looking at your LSN, are you really telling me you would take W&M over Penn and Cornell? Without a full-ride + COL stipend + sex slave I would NEVER take W&M over Penn.Chromakey wrote:Perhaps I should have qualified my original statement a bit more.
