I have no idea when I'll hear from them. They say that my complete date is in October, but I had my interview just after Christmas. I guess I have another couple of weeks to wait.

I called. They said that a lot of people have been calling about the 8-week deadline, and they hope they can get some more decisions out in the next week or two. Maybe they shouldn't clearly state that you should expect a decision within 8 weeks if they can't live up to that expectation...

Not necessarily...I've never seen Uchicago, but NU is gorgeous; and I liked their student body. So I could be persuaded.

They missed the AJD deadline today, so I am starting not think too much of their self-imposed deadlines. There seems to be a pattern here.

since AJD deposits are due March 15th, I would think they'd send us a heads up fairly soon.

11/30 for me. To be honest, I don't mind. NU would be such an incredible admittance for me, that anything that makes me feel that I still have a chance feels great.
