I've been stuck at "File ready for review" since 11/11. That seems like an awful long time to not go "Under Review". Anybody else experiencing the same thing?

Same here, stuck at "File ready for review" since 11/9. I think they're just dealing with the PT applications first. I got decision rendered about an hour before I got the email with today's date.
