I was RD and switched to ED, but went UR1 and UR2 as an RD already.
do you think my dates will change again? probably not right?

Oh my gosh, I did the same thing! My dates haven't changed again, so I'm hoping that it was because I'd already gone UR2. I'm also glad that I'm not the only one who decided at the last minute to ED.

Technically if you're held for further review then they haven't rendered a decision yet, so you still have a chance of being accepted the first time. That to me makes it a better place to be than WL.
