For anyone who interviewed, but did not receive a decision within a couple weeks - did you contact admissions to inquire? Or are you just assuming that means WL?

Contacting admissions to inquire as to why you haven't received a decision yet is probably a bad idea.
I also wouldn't assume waitlist, but you should just wait.

+1. G'town receives more applications than any other law school in the country (over 8,000 last year), so don't worry if you don't hear back right away!

I'm as guilty as anyone of obsessively checking the online status, but don't forget that for GTown, the status checker doesn't go past complete. Mine never changed, even the boxes or anything, after I was admitted! :)
I had completely forgotten!! Getting pretty hard to keep track of how each school uses its status checker lol...

Has anyone who received an alumni interview request last week been contacted by their assigned aluma/us yet?

I haven't yet, but it also seems like it takes about 2 weeks between receiving the request and actually having an interview, according to this cycle's spreadsheets. Although someone else said it took them 3 days between receiving the request and being contacted, so probably also depends on the interviewer. Also there's the holiday this week.

Has anyone who got accepted received scholarship info or know when we can expect it?

iirc from previous cycles' threads, georgetown won't start talking money until february-ish. I think they send out emails to people along the lines of "would a scholarship of $XXX-$(XXX+5~10k) affect your decision" and then the games begin.

based entirely on my vague recollection of a previous thread.

no, they want you to name your own price ("how much would sway you?"), and yeah they don't send out those invitations until January of February

Does anyone know how long it takes for the app to go under review? I checked my status checker, and it says application is complete but has no "current status date" listed. I submitted the 8th, but I've yet to hear anything since then.

the status checker doesn't progress from "completed" - there is no "under review," there is just the painful wait for a small envelope in the mailbox.
good luck!!

It's so nerve racking because it could definitely go either way. 165 LSAT, 3.8 GPA, half Mexican half wife with extremely "meh" softs haha. It's beyond nerve-racking because I feel like if I got accepted I should have already heard, but then again with Thanksgiving I don't know.

Going to guess their last mailing was the 16th, there was none this week, and the next will be Monday 11/30. All speculative, of course.

Just noticed that the letter was dated November 9, which means they sent out decisions within two weeks upon the submission!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
