T14 Applicant & Admit Data from LSN: Michigan

I will try to keep updating this once a week. (Kudos to LSATSCORES2012 for creating a program that zips through LSN and pulls data that would otherwise have been very time consuming to gather.)

It seems safe to assume almost ALL the schools on this list will be dipping below their current accepted median to accept more students, right?

I foresee lots of late Christmas presents for us TLSers. (:

I've been "complete" since late October and I just finished my last semester of UG. My concluding term's GPA was above 4.0 and I ended up writing a LOCI for each of the schools that deferred me (bastards).

My question is: Should I write a LOCI for Michigan even though they haven't decided upon anything yet? I just really want to go and stuff.

update: So I went to the admitted students page and I don't have any scholarship offers. Well damn. Wasn't expecting any anyway.

You might get some! I have 168 3.92, I initially got offered 10,000$ a year (30k in total) and it was recently updated to 15,000$ a year (45k in total). I don't know if scholarships at Mich are based only on LSAT + GPA or if they also take softs in consideration though.

Anyone else get an "out of the blue" scholly increase today? Not complaining at all, but this seemed, well, odd all things considered.

I'm a little late but yes, got one too. From 10k a year to 15k a year. I was surprised, but won't complain about that!

Accepted in November, officially withdrawn today to attend elsewhere. Hopefully this opens the door for someone else -- best of luck to those still waiting!

I checked ASW a few weeks ago and nothing was on there and the letter was sent out last week so...I am not sure!
