Yes I am considering, not withdrawing. I did withdraw from Michigan, and probably Duke in a min.

Yup ASW1 for UVA, and Berkeley this weekend. I guess I will deliberate next week. I guess we will discuss next week. I want to know how your Vandy trip goes.

Haha honestly if I had other schools to check out who knows what would have happened. I had an odd cycle, to say the least. I'm excited that the one school I got accepted to in the upper ranks is also a school I enjoyed visiting.

Azn better hope Vandy doesn't sway me!

Last night he told me he was 60/40 in favor of Penn. But it's a tough choice, especially since Michigan will probably be cheaper for him (I hope I'm not outing anything confidential, azn!

The fact that I'm attending should be enough reason for people to mail in their deposits.

I for one LOVED the Penn people I met! That was definitely not a factor in my not choosing Penn.

Er, have fun at Harvard? Seriously though, I had a good time at Penn, and I'm glad to see the myth about no free booze was just that. ASW hardly sealed my decision, it's just good to have that experience in mind as I head to Chicago this weekend.

Yeah same. But when I spoke with the Financial Aid office and Dean Post, they hinted at a ballpark dollar figure to try to close the gap with my Mich scholly. If it comes through, I'm totally there

I didn't notice that much pretension, but...

1) Maybe I wasn't looking for it hard enough.
2) Maybe I'm so used to pretentious people that I can only spot the most blatant examples (this is very possible given where I grew up and went to high school).
3) Maybe I'm pretentious myself.

I don't know if you'll find less pretension at Harvard, but I wish you the best of luck all the same. You have some mighty fine options to choose from, slax.
