I'm sure this has been discussed on here before (sorry if so). Right quick: when are Darrow invites expected?

Wondering this same thing. Not that I'll be invited to apply for a Darrow, but I am interested in how much (is any) financial aid I will be receiving.

Just watched the welcome video. Two conflicting thoughts, wow it looks sweet definitely selling me. Also, not one shot of the school during the winter... seems like they are hiding something...

If you haven't seen UMich in the winter, I assure you it is nothing to hide - quite pretty with snow. Maybe an oversight on their part? By the way, I don't understand why everyone worries so much about UMich winters, winter in Chicago is much worse.

I worry because I have lived in florida all my life. 60 degrees is cold here.

Edit: what I really meant was when was the last time you tried the admitted students site.

Thanks everyone! It made my Thanksgiving. IDK when it changed but at 5pm it was complete then at 1 am it said decision. I just tryed again and it still worked.

I wrote two optional essays and applied ED, and I haven't heard yet either. I broke down and checked the admitted students site this morning, but couldn't get in. I think we have another week or so to wait.

I wrote one. Still haven't gotten in. Suspecting YP.

They can't YP me- I wrote a crazy dedicated why mich and my entire family for 4 gens has gone to mich
I turned them down UG but that would change things would it?
And GULC didn't YP me...

I'm obsessed with Mich. I wish I could send themanother letter begging them to admit me
I'd choose them over harvard

Farther down there's another one of the law school ^^ Great set, these definitely got me more excited about Michigan (and the winter ahead, as well)

As a Michigander, I should tell you that the winters aren't always that awesome. The mornings after fresh snow, however, are ridiculously beautiful.

Then you'll curse the day you chose this goddless midwestern siberia over balmy Charlottesville.

Sledding in the Arb is fun though.

This may be in the wrong thread but I figured I would post it here and see what responses I get. Has anyone that has been admitted began looking at off-campus housing? I am not interested in the Lawyer's Club because it requires a meal plan and I am too obsessed with my food choices to handle that, but I am potentially interested in Northwood (though it's on the North campus ) and other truly off-campus housing. I would be willing to live with either gender/sex, however you wish me to correctly state that, and I would prefer finding a house so as to have a garage (read fitness obsessed and want personal gym space). I'm not committed to Michigan yet but it is certainly my first choice at this point and barring an acceptance to Stanford I think I will be heading to Ann Arbor in the fall. You can either reply to this post or PM me, I am just trying to get on housing early.

So I went complete right after the October LSAT scores came out (I took the Oct LSAT) and have yet to hear anything. Should I be concerned? I am RD. (Sorry I just found this thread.)
