to amend my previous comment, it looks like the final batch last year was the one we are approaching now - the 3:30ish batch.

It seems like a lot more good numbers are getting rejected this year than in past years, at least based off LSN.

Also, what's the deal with all of these JS1s getting WL? I thought that Harvard usually went WL --> JS1 if you're lucky...?

Are straight JS2s possible? Or does everyone have to go through a JS1. (Sorry if already answered previously. Still new!)Arrow4Christ wrote:Haha when I first saw the email I thought for sure my pipe dream of a straight JS2 had come to an end.wealtheow wrote:lmao. this is my response to them on an ordinary day, though.Arrow4Christ wrote:UMass…NO!!!

A JS1 is needed for acceptance. By straight admission people are talking about JS1--->JS2 rather than JS1--->WL--->JS2 or WL---JS1--->JS2elle.woods8 wrote:Are straight JS2s possible? Thanks, guys! I really should've hopped on the TLS bandwagon months ago. So much useful info.A JS1 is needed for acceptance. By straight admission people are talking about JS1--->JS2 rather than JS1--->WL--->JS2 or WL---JS1--->JS2

All, it's been great. Heading over to the WL thread. But, I have a feeling I'll be on the c/o 2018 thread in the Fall so maybe I'll see some of you there too!

I also was WL'ed. Shouldn't be surprised as I totally saw it coming, but I'm inexplicably disappointed. LSAT & GPA < median / Jan JS1. What a way to start off my weekend - oh well, nothing to do now but get real turnt up this weekend and wait.
In fact, I'm ducking out of work in a bit and heading to the bar. I encourage y'all to do this same.

Waitlisted today without JS1. GPA/LSAT both at the median, and K-JD.
What are my chances now?
