Curried veggies sound amazing too. Curry pairs well with a good Double IPA.

Lots of good fresh veggies to pick from in the winter. Cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower (makes a great rice substitute), radishes, beets, etc. I'll go through 3 or 4 heads of cabbage a week.
