So Michigan's admitted students page updated today and evidently I got a $22.5k Dean's Scholarship. I'm completely speechless. I never thought I'd get a dime inside the top 10 since my numbers aren't great. I'm 169/4.0, nowhere near the range I thought I'd need for money at Michigan. Wow.

They do specifically mention in their award letter that they don't negotiate.

I got my acceptance this past Saturday and the award was there on the admitted students page on Tuesday.
