Well, don't want to state the obvious, but given that she said "Within a week" yesterday, that only gives us 3 more days at most to wait. It's going to be either tomorrow, Friday, or Monday. I think they'll spread them out over tomorrow and Friday, since the phones don't work in Cambridge on Mondays.

I think the JS2 might come out b4 the KB2s...i mean Jessica has had 3 days now to go through all the files and make her picks..

I think the next batch of KB/JS1's is going to come out before the KB/JS2's...

as long as your in it, i'm cool with waiting another day

I'm new to this forum but I've been following TLS for about a year. I applied in late November, was put on agonizing hold till early May when I got my waitlist offer, and finally today I got my JS1! Don't lose hope! I'm Canadian, low LSAT high GPA splitter, 2 years WE in a multinational corporation, of East Asian descent, and female. Good luck to everyone; this forum has helped keep me sane in rough times! My interview is on Friday.

Yea. This staggered JS1 stream without earlier JS2s is very disconcerting.

Perhaps people are deferring? I can't imagine so many people having poor interviews...

I don't mean to sound too hopeful for people like me, but I think it's worth mentioning that not a single person who had their interview before being waitlisted has been contacted yet (or at least none have reported). I'd expect that at least a few people from this subgroup will be re-interviewed (really doubt they'd blindly accept one without talking to them again).

So maybe a small wave of these folks before JS2s, but who really knows...

I also find this curious and am in the same boat. It's probably wishful thinking on my part, but if they will be admitting a larger than normal number of people off the WL (and this would seem to be the case), then I'd be very surprised if not one KB1/JS1--WL didn't get one. In past years there have seemed to be a decent amount of JR1(b)s offered to these people but maybe KB and JS are operating in a different way.
