IamIn, I know you had 4 complete dates but was your latest one on 11/21? My mail has either yet to arrive, or I'm not getting any.

Killingly,
Yes, my latest update was on 11/21... I will start really worrying if I don't get anything on Monday... I live 4 miles away from GULC...

Don't start worrying just yet, none of us seem to have gotten anything. Though you could make an innocent phone call on Monday to see if it had gotten lost somehow.IamIn wrote:Killingly,

But, I do keep wondering if they even sent out letters on 11/21, or if we're just all delusional.

My thoughts exactly. I think by now we should have heard of somebody, between LSN and TLS, that has gotten an 11/21 letter if they had been sent out.Killingly wrote:Don't start worrying just yet, none of us seem to have gotten anything. Yeah. I guess we were just going off of the previous pattern. 3 updates = a letterDanny Mothers wrote:My thoughts exactly. does it seem like decisions/letters happen on mondays? i submitted 10/29, and have had several updates with the last one on 11/21. i noticed 11/14 and 11/7 were other final dates for earlier submissions. but, like the rest of you 11/21s, no letter for me yet.

11/21 updated person here.. No letter. I am on west coast though so didn't expect anything before you guys. I am guilty of speculating and reading into dates/TLS gossip as much as the next gal/guy but at the end of the day who really knows what's going on at GULC. For all we know the last date could be the letter printing date and the person signing them was out of the office for thanksgiving or something.emcoast32 wrote:does it seem like decisions/letters happen on mondays? i submitted 10/29, and have had several updates with the last one on 11/21. i noticed 11/14 and 11/7 were other final dates for earlier submissions. but, like the rest of you 11/21s, no letter for me yet.
Though it sucks to wait for mail from schools on the east coast, I am in the fortunate position of having a head's up from you TLSers, so thanks

Last update 11/21. I'm thinking that letters will come early next week. A big batch were accepted 11/12 and 11/14 and they had their last date change on 11/7. The letters weren't postmarked until three days later according to most of their posts. Since we had the Thanksgiving holiday, it set the process back a couple of days, if for no other reason than the mail not running Thursday. But based on the trend, if the letters were sent out Wednesday or Friday, we can hope for Monday/Tuesday I think. I hope...emcoast32 wrote:does it seem like decisions/letters happen on mondays? i submitted 10/29, and have had several updates with the last one on 11/21. i noticed 11/14 and 11/7 were other final dates for earlier submissions. but, like the rest of you 11/21s, no letter for me yet.

Re: Georgetown c/o 2015 Applicants (2011-2012 cycle)
I'd be shocked if we were all WLs or rejects, because I've gleaned some of our stats from profiles/previous posts. GULC seems to have dipped low on the GPAs for 170s so far, killingly (there are three 170/3.5 accepts listed on LSN), and I find it hard to believe they would shaft a 171, IamIn--assuming your GPA is somewhere above a 3.4 (again judging by LSN). And I'm median LSAT/95% GPA, so I think expecting a letter seems warranted in each of our cases, no?

I keep telling myself this. LSN seems to have us all in admit territory. Honestly, it's the lack of movement from anywhere else that is making this GULC decision seem so important.anewaphorist wrote:I'd be shocked if we were all WLs or rejects, because I've gleaned some of our stats from profiles/previous posts. Credited *10000. At least you've got Fordham in the bag, though. FWIW, our submission/completion dates are contiguous across the T14.I keep telling myself this. I don't have GPA, I was educated overseas.... Hey all,
I am applying to Georgetown and LSAC is saying my Report was generated on 11/14. I haven't received any e-mail, contact, or online status checker from Georgetown. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? Is it worth calling their admissions office to make sure everything went through okay?
Hope this is the correct place to post... congrats to all of you who got in

Believe me, I've almost come to terms with attending Fordham at sticker. And I had noticed that we seem to be on a similar timeline with our apps, and that we both have an ED app in for schools in the T6 (good luck with that, btw).anewaphorist wrote:Credited *10000. So, you've applied before or on 11/14 and didn't get a status checker? I think it is worth calling them...Vyvyan wrote:Hey all,

Killingly..... there is no way you aren't getting in somewhere better than Fordham.Killingly wrote: Believe me, I've almost come to terms with attending Fordham at sticker. I'm another person with what should be admit numbers who last updated on 11/21 & who applied ED to a T6 haha. Next week, y'all!
