Seriously I wish they would just tell me already....Im tired of waiting, but i guess being a PT applicant comes with its share of waiting....

I have a feeling us on the waitlist and those waiting for PT will hear nothing until mid June at the earliest. I'd really like to attend but the longer I wait the more pessimistic about my chances I become.

I agree! I really want to know as well....just really hoping for positive news - so I can start making some decisions and planning the for the Fall. Judging by last years LSN (really NO data at all) movement started in July. Hoping that after those forms are due June 3rd and turned in we should start seeing movement around then!

I just found out that one of my friends got accepted into the PT program at UH with 151 lsat score..he found out last friday! ughhhh i dont know his gpa but it mustve been really good or he probably had killer LORs...this sort of gives me hope..so iw ould suggest keeping holding out for UHLS people..we will get in

That's really encouraging! I'm hoping the fact that I'm from Houston and my stats are just a hint outside of what they tend to go after help me get into the school for the fall.

Actually I have no idea I think he just told me the great news and his lsat score to make me jealous...he is just that kind of a guy plus he isnt a close friend so I dont know all the details. He went to Rice, , not a URM, from what Im guessing an a-ok GPA (3.2-3.3) and 151 LSAT score which Im sure about because he told me...wish I knew more myself

I had good softs, military background, raised out of a car, super strong LORs from Professors, military leaders, and business owners, but in the end... its all a numbers game.

So I'm going back to my bibles and retaking my LSAT in October.

I just wanted to see if anyone was in the same boat as me. Has anyone just not hear from UH for FT? I have not bee accepted, denied, or waitlisted and my file was reviewed on 5-5 but nothing since then. I just want to know if anyone else has not heard anything before I email/call too see if they even know where my file is. Oh yea I applied back in january so it is not an issue of late application. Frustrating to not hear anything because they are my #1 choice.

For me, a month passed between each status change until the very end when my original "in review" status date changed twice and the decision was rendered within a couple of days. June 3rd is the deadline for admitted students to commit, so I imagine there will be a lot of decisions made after that date. However, at this late date, it seems appropriate for you to contact them to inquire about your file--to make sure that it is still active. I would send an email inquiring about the status of your file with strong emphasis that UHLC is your first choice and you would attend if admitted. Best of luck!
