Has everyone who's heard from Hastings in the past week heard by e-mail first, followed by a letter? Or should I continue to stalk the mailman?

Other way around - letter arrived in mailbox first then email. That could be, though, because mail from SF takes 1 business day to get to my residence. Not sure how it would work for people further away (2+ mail business days)

I got some merit based scholarship, but no info on need-based grant and loans.
I called them and I was told the earliest day they could send me entire financial aid package is in the first week of April.

I found out via snail mail.

I received my decision on 2/16 (via USPS) and the merit aid offer came on 3/5.

Does anyone know how many students are in each class at Hastings? I assume they divide into small sections right?

I could be wrong here...but I think at the tour the girl said the sections are about 82 students each

How did they tell you about the scholarship?

They sent me an email and tell me that I have to make some commitment before 4/1 in order to get the scholarship. Then, I received a letter a week later.

I live in NYC, and I got my snail mail acceptance letter before I got my email.

I was accepted 2/12 via snail mail; never got an email...

the email is a recent thing. i think they realized it was much quicker. the original admits received no emails.

I'll be with my parents, but I'll be wearing an olive button-down shirt + white pants. And I'm Asian (should be a minority, right? lol). Just shout HEY IT'S A MALE HUMAN for good results.
