You're right. As the graph fills out, I have no idea what's going on. Some people were saying that maybe they just ran out of time on EA, and just decided to WL almost all of us, so maybe that's it? I have no idea.

Haha that's the other thing- I applied Regular Decision (see my LSN for dates), so idk if it's true that they are just waitlisting the rest of you EA folks.

I'm in almost the exact same situation. 169/degree-granting university GPA 3.78/LSDAS 3.23, and no action on my status checker.

LSDAS screwed us! When did you go complete? And have you been accepted/heard back anywhere else?

Tell me about it. I went complete 10/19...and have not heard from anywhere else, but I'm ED @ Georgetown and I just went DR 12/1, although I'm pretty much not getting in. I only applied to four schools and haven't heard anything, and I think I'm going to start sending more apps out. You?

I just got waitlisted. I applied RD, PT with a 168/3.00. I thought for sure I would get in.

I just looked at LSNs graph, and people all around me were waitlisted. So it doesn't seem like it was something against me, but instead something against splitters. Oh well, no biggie.

LOL...I cannot wait for my decision from Minnesota so I can just withdraw from Fordham. I feel insulted.

I'm ED at Northwestern, but I think my chances there are marginal. So, I applied to just about every school at which I have any kind of shot (#5-30). Someone has to let me in right?....

Maybe schools just take longer to decide on splitters? I do think you have a shot at GULC btw (with a good personal statement and good softs).

I went complete on 11/2. I even worked full time through school, have a strong upward grade trend, a solid GPA addendum, and a lot of volunteer activities.

I have what I think is an exceptional personal statement, but only OK softs: study abroad, Presidential Honors Society, some community service, etc.

Wow todays WLing has me seriously doubting I would get in with $$. I would go to fordham over most of the t14s cause I really want to stay in nyc and the people in this thread are so much more awesome than all the others. Now I'm seriously doubting that I'm an autoadmit =( I have a weird feeling I'm more likely to get money at lower t14. Good luck to everyone and be patient as I'm sure there will be tons of nyu/fordham crossadmits that will withdraw

Got wait listed today too, 169/3.2 with some work experience. Was kind of expecting to get wait listed after hearing how admissions went last year but still annoying to hear. Fordham is definitely in my top 3, guess Ill write a LOCI and Im going to the campus in a couple of weeks for a tour, hopefully i get off the wait list at some point.

But today, sweet Cornell, checking status in boredom
I sank when I saw "waitlisted" at Fordham
So now, oh Cornell, I finally see
that you and I prob'ly aren't meant to be.
