Sorry, haven't read through this entire thread - has anyone else been waiting this long to get a decision?

Me. LSN shows there aren't many people in the same situation so idk, it's weird. (LSAT 75, Superior GPA)FeLiPeeee wrote:I applied in early September and haven't heard anything since. 171/3.85. Thinking about just withdrawing my application so I have one less pending app.

I'm in a similar boat. Applied in October, above both 75ths, haven't heard anything. I'm a little bummed out about it, but such is life...

At what point does this transition into some sort of admitted/attending students thread? Or maybe I'm just a bad interneter.

Did anyone write a thank you note in response to receiving their financial aid?

Thanks! I'm super excited about Michigan and it's a top contender for me. It's the school I applied to last and knew nothing about but once I researched it for my essay I was really excited about it!proteinshake wrote:saw your offer on LSN, congrats!Keilz wrote:.

Radical statement: Unrelated emails from the office of financial aid shouldn't be allowed while scholarship decisions are being made.

Did anyone else get this email that's essentially "Hey, we know you applied and are anxiously awaiting a decision! We have no further information at this time!"

Re: Michigan c/o 2020 applicants (2016-17)
Just got an email from Michigan and I was really excited. Imagine my dismay only to see that they're thanking me for my patience.
I am curious though if this was an automated email or if it was sent to specific applicants, just because they mentioned a few times how I applied particularly early in the cycle, which I did not. I didn't apply until Mid-Late November, and I was just curious if everybody else who's waiting on a decision got this email?

Received a looooong email stating my application is still under review and apologizing for the delay... don't know how to interprete this... from their words, counter cycle may be real

And why is it like 800 words? I know you have had my application since September, please do not email me to clarify this. And if you do, keep it at 3 sentences max.jdanz wrote:I did lolcarlos_danger wrote:Did anyone else get this email that's essentially "Hey, we know you applied and are anxiously awaiting a decision!
