I applied in early September and haven't heard anything since. 171/3.85. Thinking about just withdrawing my application so I have one less pending app.

Sorry, haven't read through this entire thread - has anyone else been waiting this long to get a decision?

Why would you think about withdrawing just because they didn't answer by the middle of January?

Seconded. Even with a fee waiver, you've already spent the money to submit the application.

Just wondering if anyone else has been waiting this long. Would withdraw if this long wait likely indicates a wait list, because I'd rather free up the space for someone who would actually want to attend.

I still do not understand. You have no idea what it means. Even if it meant that you get waitlisted, there is no reason to not wait and see.

I was curious if anyone else who applied in early September hasn't heard back yet. Shouldn't have mentioned withdrawing.

Me. LSN shows there aren't many people in the same situation so idk, it's weird. (LSAT 75, Superior GPA)

I'm in a similar boat. Applied in October, above both 75ths, haven't heard anything. I'm a little bummed out about it, but such is life...

Thanks! I'm super excited about Michigan and it's a top contender for me. It's the school I applied to last and knew nothing about but once I researched it for my essay I was really excited about it!

Just got an email from Michigan and I was really excited. Imagine my dismay only to see that they're thanking me for my patience.

I am curious though if this was an automated email or if it was sent to specific applicants, just because they mentioned a few times how I applied particularly early in the cycle, which I did not. I didn't apply until Mid-Late November, and I was just curious if everybody else who's waiting on a decision got this email?

And why is it like 800 words? I know you have had my application since September, please do not email me to clarify this. And if you do, keep it at 3 sentences max.
