Looks like they have forgotten to update their twitter. It's been several days and looks like few people (at least tls followers) were admitted over the weekend. Sure would be nice to have this done with. Only waiting on Stanford and Yale.

Friends, it looks like our time grows short. Last year, last few admits happened on the Monday of this week, followed by rejects on Tuesday, followed by WL on Wednesday.

Not to be presumptuous, but if you get on the WL, how long do you plan on riding it? I would stick around until June, I think.

I don't plan on riding the wait list, as I really don't want to write a LOCI (is that generally considered necessary?) and in the meantime I've fallen in love with S. Though I will visit H next weekend.

*raises hand* me! Not sure why I'm still browsing this thread, but I'm glad they put me out of misery early...even if it did come at 8pm on a Saturday night.

If I were waitlisted I'd probably wait til July then bow out.

Right now I feel like I would stick it out until the bitter end, but I imagine that once I pick a school and get into the mindset of attending, the prospect of continually waiting for a final Yale decision will seem less and less appealing.

I'm bracing myself for a ding wave today and a WL wave tomorrow. I'm worried, though, that early submitters, if they're dinged, won't hear today, based on last year.

Do we think we'll definitely hear by Friday 4/15? I'm not sure I'm able to wait much longer before making next year's plans for housing etc.

I'm pretty sure they announced final decisions in the end of April, as per their Twitter. I'd say it's possible some people might not hear back until after April 15.

Any hope for further acceptances? Or is the thought that one's only chance now is to get WL'ed and then admitted?

I'd say the odds are no longer in anyone's favor. If there are any acceptances left it's very few.

I'd say anything in 2015, maybe through Jan. 2016. But I'm just guessing, really.

Also, I'm surprised by the fact we haven't heard yet today. Further proof that last year is a horrible barometer for this year.
