"A decision letter has been sent."

Complete 12/2. Good luck to the remaining hopefuls.

I don't know if it's just how hard I'm hoping for good news myself, but every time someone posts a DLS lately I really feel it hard (for them). I just know that most people probably want it every bit as bad as I do, and I know how I would (will possibly) feel when that status changes to DLS.

Best of luck in the rest of your cycle.

Sorry for the newb question, but do you think it is worth visiting the school and swinging by the admissions office while waiting? I will be in SF for a few days, and I am wondering if it is worth stopping by the Admissions at all? Or will it only annoy them? Still UR 1/7. Thanks!

god.. I am too afraid to check my SC.

For those people who received "DLS" on your SC, did you receive emails about the decision afterwards?

Hi, I visited there around August and I really think visiting them at this time will not make huge difference and given that they must be super busy so I will say stay away from letting know you are visiting them.

But it doesn't necessarily mean you can't go there. Stanford is beautiful and if you have time, have a small tour by yourself in the campus might smooth your tension. Hope this helps. :D

Decisions come via snail mail, but you can call the office and ask what your decision is (although until they start to wait list people DLS = ding)

Anyone know the address for monetary bribes? I'm assuming I shouldn't be sending this envelope to the admissions office directly. Has anyone heard otherwise?

1.) Buy a pizza. Place ziploc bag filled with cash money inside box, underneath pizza.
2.) Knock on the front door of Faye Deal's house.
3.) Say "I have an order for extra pepperoni" when the butler opens the door.
3.) If the house is under observation, the butler will say "Ms. Deal didn't order a pizza." Leave with pizza as quickly as you can.
4.) If the deal is a go, he will say "extra pepperoni is Ms. Deal's favorite." Give him the pizza and leave as quickly as you can.

Stanford still admits people in March, right? My friend was admitted around Spring break last year.

Saw DLS yesterday, 3/13. Not sure of the exact date, I hadn't checked in a week or so, but I haven't got my letter in the mail yet.

Complete 11/18, GPA<25th, Median LSAT.

ETA: Good luck to people still waiting. Hopefully you survive long enough to at least get a DLS Waitlist instead of a rejection.

DLS today, complete 11/12. Consensus is that waitlists haven't begun yet, so probably a ding? I think I'm afraid to call and find out for sure.

Update: got over it and called: dinged!

To those who are still waiting to hear.....are any of you able to breathe when you log on? I always hear the Imperial March playing in my head when I click Logon, and then when it still says "Submitted for Review" I am able to resume normal respiratory operations.

I think DLS without already having had a phone call almost always means ding/waitlist. AFAIK no one has been waitlisted yet, but I'm not sure. Stanford is pretty brutal with giving out rejections to amazing candidates, so I'm sure you have other amazing options! When did you go complete if you don't mind my asking?
