So last year, decisions were released on Jan 15, 22, and 29. Those are all Tuesdays. According to my calendar... today is a Tuesday. Also, according to my calendar, we are in the month of January. But not only are we in the month of January but it just so happens to be the 15th...

...am I right?

Edit: according to my calendar, I suck at reading...

Between now and 6pm. I was usually notified between 5-6pm ET.
