The timestamp for TLS is wrong for me. It says it's currently 3:19 PM. So that would be around 2:48 PM yesterday. The thread from last year was around 2 (or 3 in TLS time) every day as well.

Your daylight savings time settings probably need to be changed, that's all. Bailey was correct, in that the first acceptance was reported just before 4:00pm EST, which is also the case for last Wednesday, when ED decisions were released.

I think updates at 4pm EST might be the new norm for NYU this cycle.
