I checked USC's status for the first time today... it still says "complete." Is that normal?! Isn't that the first step?

We've been trying to figure them out for a while....they are fast for some and slow for others. To make matters worse, there doesn't seem to be any apparent pattern to which files they decide to review first.

anyone else still stuck on committee 2nd read 2/14? USC is my #1 so the long silence since 2nd read isn't exactly comforting.

In last years thread it seems like they said they same thing and tried to get financial aid out early in March but people didn't get notified until late in March. Hopefully that doesn't happen this cycle and they send some scholarship notifications this week or next.
