I can't figure out how to navigate the automated menu at FedEx. How do I find a real person?

i just dialed 1-800-go-fedex or whatever it is, then chose "track a package" and then dialed 0 to get to an actual person. then just explain you want to see if there is a package coming to your address but you don't have a tracking number. they'll ask if you want to track ground or express and tell them express. hope that helps

Oh crap!!! I'm getting nervous. Just checked my status checker and said decision mailed out on the 7th. I just went complete Jan. 25th!!

This may be my top school since it is in my home city and it will allow me to go back and be close to my family.

So does the status checker change to tell you a decision sent date? Or was there a person or two who got their decisions with no update on the status checker or am I making this up?

there have been people who got decisions w/o an update on their status checker AND also people who got acceptance packages after calling fedex and fedex having no record of anything. i'm so on edged at this point that all of these things are extremely important for my sanity.

Yeah, great. I guess the best way to spend my time will be to call FedEx three times a day until I get a decision.
