I am hoping for a quick decision. Some people received decisions in early December (second week) last year after going complete around this time.

We share a dream. Getting into Mich would make the holiday season oh-so-much more bearable. The checker does normally stay at complete for a couple extra days. I initially thought to check my account from last year on 11/16 and was already at complete, so it's very possible that 11/1'ers have already been complete for more than a week. (Although maybe "complete" was the default setting they put mine to when they received my app this year--was WL last year. Hope not.)

my status checker went to decision on 11/11 and said that the decision was mailed 11/10. i also received my package on 11/11.

I like my profs and my non-6 hour conlaw final just fine

Eh, it's 8 hours...but take home... JJ's is 6-hours in-class though.

I cannot stress enough how much of a beast JJ's exam is (particularly the multiple choice with explanation section). Or, more so, everyone prepares so much for it that even good answers get mediocre grades. That was the case for summer starters, at least.

Anyway, best of luck to all you ED applicants--I got word back from UM this day last year and was ecstatic. You made the right choice applying ED. Good luck to everyone else, too.
