Quick question- how do the sizes on the shirts run? Just got my shirt email, and I'm RIGHT in the middle of a medium or large depending on the brand, trying to figure out which to go for

Lol I have the same exact problem. I'd say they run on the smaller size so I'd go largeZipman wrote:Quick question- how do the sizes on the shirts run? Just got my shirt email, and I'm RIGHT in the middle of a medium or large depending on the brand, trying to figure out which to go for

For those who just got the T-shirt email, have you got your scholarship email yet?

The 2020 t shirt of course!bwaldorf wrote:What's everyone wearing to ASW?
I'm thinking dark jeans, nice blouse, heels. Probably a blazer I can take off if I feel too dressy.

I got my scholarship email 2 days after being admitted in early February. Haven't tried negotiating.yingcaca wrote:For those who just got the T-shirt email, have you got your scholarship email yet?

This was my experience as well. Interview was Tuesday morning, admit decision was Wednesday morning, scholarship email was Friday morning. Also early Feb.Zipman wrote:I got my scholarship email 2 days after being admitted in early February. No sign of the T-shirt email, though.

The t-shirts run small! I was between a small and medium, ordered a medium, and it is still on the smaller sidejdanz wrote:Lol I have the same exact problem. Ugh it's been over a month since my interview. Really though I would've heard by now. It's starting to make me think that they're going to reject or WL me.

Can we move all the admitted students day talk to the admitted students thread? It's pretty lonely.

Plus there are those of us looking for info regarding scholly negotiations and just an acceptance/rejection. I keep seeing new posts and people are talking about what they're wearing and who they're bringing to ASD/ASW.
There's a post/thread for that.

Interviewed on 3.6. Only one question: Why JD? I am an international student with a 159 LSAT score and a 3.8 GPA. Personally speaking, the interview was not so friendly. I am worried that I will be denied.

I was accepted four months ago and haven't received one, but was told it is still possible and that I shouldn't withdraw. How long have you been waiting?

For those who interviewed, what were some of the unusual interview questions you were asked? Someone said they were asked about a law school challenge. I read on reddit someone was asked about a compromise they made.

The only question that caught me off guard was, "So...you live in ____. You went to ___ for undergrad. Why not ____ for law school?"Bunbury wrote:For those who interviewed, what were some of the unusual interview questions you were asked? Someone said they were asked about a law school challenge. Re: WUSTL C/O 2020 (2016-2017) Applicants
They asked me what types of challenges I expected to face in Law School because I wrote on my personal statement about overcoming language barriers and cultural identity to become a successful student. I'd honestly look at your application and try to identify possible questions, like location (as someone above said), challenges you've faced, your diversity statement if you have one, etc. They are likely to know small details about your application so I'd expect very direct questions in addition to the basic "Why Law/Why WUSTL".Bunbury wrote:For those who interviewed, what were some of the unusual interview questions you were asked? Seriously? What are you waiting for?
