Complete: 11/11
CR1: 2/19
CR2: 3/15

At this rate I should hear back sometime during my 2L year.

The answer to this is NO. Maybe call if its May and no movement, but maybe send a LOCI if you're really worried? Calling will do nothing to help you
Is it helpful or even appropriate to send a LOCI right now? Or should we send an email just updating some things on our resume and to reiterate our interests in the school?

I will be sending an updated resume and other materials with the email reiterating my interest within the next week and will probably hold off on sending a more formal LOCI until mid April right after the first deposit deadline.

Is it a bad sign if you go straight from CR1 to final review? :/ :/

Sorry, I'm actually WL. If you're still complete/CR1/CR2, I'm with didgeridoo on just waiting it out.

Just tried to schedule a visit and noticed that there is nothing listed under information sessions. I'm going to call to be sure, but does anyone know if they aren't offering anything? http://gould.usc.edu/about/visit/information-sessions/

Lucyfur, that sounds like a good idea. Thanks!
Edit: just saw that you are a WL so maybe I should hold it out too
I am still at complete 1/5.

If you actually have important updates, like an updated resume or grades, then you can send it now for them to consider when they look at your application. I just did that with Northwestern. I just wouldn't email them with a LOCI.

Wondering this as well. CR1 3/7, skipped CR2 and went straight to FR 3/16...expecting the worst, naturally.

Someone should make a USC class of 19 thread.

No idea. Nevertheless, the emotional roller coaster is what I'll be dealing with today.
