When did the term "bae" pop up? I don't remember ever hearing that in college, and I had no idea what it meant until I asked one of my soldiers. They thought it was hilarious that I did not know. What is the age cutoff for being familiar with that term?

It's a fairly recent thing, though I've always felt like I've been at the forefront of language developments and then it gets highly used and marred and I fade back into the next trend (which is not yet a trend).
