The forums could use some rejoicing after the VP Bloodbath of 2014. Maybe we'll hear some better news about Penn today too.

I believe it is all via email, no phone calls.

I believe you're right. Though I also remember at least one person getting in last year via phone call from the dean - but that didn't happen until waitlists were compiled late in the cycle.

Just a heads up - I think that they send out a huge batch of acceptances, wait lists, and rejections at the same time.
