No, that just means they have all your information and will be (if they aren't already) reviewing your application. It will say "Decision Made" when they've made a decision.

How does one go about negotiating scholarships? Type and snail mail a letter? Email? Should I first ask if they are willing to negotiate before I send information about higher offers from comparable schools?

Wth are they using this money on? Law professors must make bank.

We should just start a law school if we're all unemployed in 3 years.

Is this news to you, ManoftheHour?

I'll start a law school with you. If Indiana TTTech can do it, so can we.

Count me in! I call dean of admissions. And I'm gonna make it rain.

But, we can all agree that the ultimate goal is to be ranked above UC Irvine, right? Just to prove a point?

I've never thought about it too much. But it's so real now. I knew they weren't poor, but I never looked at the figures.

This is insane. Let's do it. We need to name it after a dead president or judge or something. That's super prestigious.

Definitely. When the rankings come out, we will be ahead of UCI.

No way. We're naming it after our founder... I'm thinking the Jason Terry School of Law.

Or we could pull a Northeastern and name it "Yalle Law School" or something, and then just blast people with emails all the time :)

Let's game Cooley's ranking system, build a gianTTT library, so they have to rank themselves 3rd.

Has anyone received anything saying that they've distributed a waive of aid already, or anything like that? Or do those of us just sitting with numbers close to qualifying just wait...and wait...and wait.

Come on, ND, I want to attend your school! I just need a little bit of money to make my debt palpable.

Do you have an idea of what numbers are close to qualifying? The smallest scholarship I saw on LSN was 10,000/year and that was for a 162/3.9.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
