Though looking at LSN, no, last year they were rejecting in FEB.

please excuse the ignorance - im a recent applicant and want to know more about the 1st read/2nd read - do all applicants go through this process or just certain ones? how are we notified of this change (status checker? email?). Thanks!

A decision was also reached for my app Monday also and I live in L.A so I'm pretty sure I will get something in the mail today... Not optimistic at all :/
