Gah. Mine was supposed to be delivered today, but some jerk parked in front of my mailbox and prevented me from getting mail delivered. I'm filled with rage. Next time I see that car, it's getting towed. They picked the wrong day to park illegally.

I got 75k + 5. Almost equal to UT for me now. Thrilled but also conflicted!! Maybe ASW will help me decide

I got 75k!! Was thrilled but remembered one year of law school there costs 71K. This was merit based, FAFSA/Needaccess not included I think. Does anyone know how much grants or other need-based fin aid Vandy likes to give (not talkin about loans)?

75 + 5k! So excited! Vandy is my number one choice, so it's probably a game changer. Waiting to hear back from Georgetown, UT Knox, UT Austin, and UVA, but I doubt it will matter.

In with 110K (including the 5k thing)
Not sure I can justify giving Vandy 70K for law school.

My letter said "In determining your award, the Scholarship Committee considered both merit and financial need"
Yours may be different

After a weekend of drinking/not furiously hitting refresh on my status checkers, I wake up to find that my decision was mailed on 3/1. Here we go.

Re: Vanderbilt c/o 2016 Applicants (2012-2013 Cycle)
It should be an interesting couple of days. I'm strangely not too nervous about this one. Judging by the posts in this forum, an acceptance box won't fit in my mailbox at my apartment, so they would have to email me to get it from the front desk. A USPS envelope, however, would fit quite nicely in the mailbox. A bit of a pseudo-email notification.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
