Personally BC > BU based on my previous statement and they appear more public interest oriented. Coupled with better employment stats I'd attend BC with all other factors being equal.

Just got the call-I have been awarded a Public Interest Scholarship!! $35,000 a year, $400 travel stipend for ASW and $4,000 employment stipend for Public Interest employment 1L and 2L summers.

This changes everything!!

Yikes, anteater, I'm sorry.

It was a blessing in disguise that I got WL by BU...It's a great school, but I would never attend an institution with someone like that as its face, esp. since I did the same sort of work as anteater before law school.

Edit: No offense to folks heading there, and congrats Rory--that is huge!

Just got a waitlist email, probably won't matter that much with admission to GW, but still, always like to have as many options as possible

WL'd as well, actually quite shocking as i'm an auto-deny with my numbers. Have an acceptance already from MN, but will def be putting myself on the WL to keep options open. congrats to admits and good luck to all those still waiting !

Waitlisted today as well. Skri, just wondering what your numbers were? BC and BU are my top choices, and I'm still waiting for BC so maybe I still have hope!

I don't want to give away too much info on here (you and dprod can hmu on Facebook) but essentially she mocked what I did for a living and blatantly said it was a waste of time. I tried asking her other general questions and she acted like I was stupid for asking them. Really put me off.

was this laura gitelson? I met her three years ago. As you can see by my name, I chose BC. I still haven't forgotten her name haha.

I actually don't feel too bad. About 2 weeks ago, BU/BC were probably my top 2. But recently, I've grown to really like WUSTL.

ETA: And to clarify for others, I didn't start liking WUSTL after I had gotten dinged at other schools lol The school genuinely grew on me on its own merits hah
