Yeah, that's totally fair. URM cycles are definitely tougher to predict it seems, and it's still a bit early in the cycle to think that they're just holding you on for no reason. Hang in there.
Yea I keep on forgetting that it's still early. Some safety schools haven't even sent a decision yet while others have. I think the decline in test takers is having a large effect on the applicant pool and which in turn affects a schools ability to predictions their yield. Oh well I'll stay hopeful and maybe down the road I'll join all of you haha. Best of luck to everyone still waiting!
I hear you on the unpredictability.. A perfect example is how I did get into WUSTL (and really enjoyed ASD), but I have been playing the "hold game" with FIVE other schools. All I want is the ability to make a decision.

Hey congrats to everyone who just got in. Question, did your status checker update before you received the admission? I'm stuck on 12/28. Thanks and good luck to those of us still waiting.

Not here. I was stuck at 11/01 I believe until I was accepted in December ... then it changed

Parents texted me and said I had a thick WUSTL envelope at home, is that scholarship info?

I just got off the phone with the dean....
We're all going to get a TLS pass code that is good for full rides and a $5,000 stipend.
She said it's because we're all so awesome...
EDIT: And Tmon gets another G for a birthday present
