BU is driving ME crazy. BC also. I <3 Boston but they don't seem to love me back.

Did BC reject you too? We're numbers twins, and BC rejected me straight up. Wtf is up with that.JenDarby wrote:I want a call!! Since BC decided they hate me, BU really needs to compensate for it.krad wrote:Hi friends, how's it going in here? Looks like 2 TLS calls today?

I feel the same way...BU would be cool because of their supposed WC placement.krad wrote:Thanks, yes I was in the wave this week, finally!NZA wrote: Congrats to you on GW! I noticed you posted that you were accepted.Right?
Status checker for M is driving me crazy.I'd love DC, but that is dang pricey so I hope to get $. Any $ would put them into VERY serious consideration, as would $ at BU/BC <hear that BU?>
I was kinda pissed I didn't get any money from GW, though. Wtf was that? 70K a year with no scholly? When GULC is right around the corner?

Boston is awesome. It's relatively young because of all the colleges, but also a lot of professionals. Lots of great bars, restaurants, awesome music scene, and everything is super old and quaint. COL is OUTRAGEOUS though.

Well, if you didn't get $ then I sure as heck won't. I'm still anxiously awaiting my packet to see...NZA wrote: I feel the same way...BU would be cool because of their supposed WC placement.

+1 to everything, except there's nothing more outrageous than COL in NYC, where I currently am.stlisforlovers wrote:Boston is awesome. I'm from the Midwest where everyone is rainbows and unicorns all the time, so comparatively they were a bit rude, but no one was terrible. Their hobos are nicer. Boston COL isn't bad at all. I'm from the Boston area and live here now. If you find a place in Brighton, Cambridge, or Brookline, the COL is fine. Definite A+ for the T as well, as it's much easier to navigate than NY's MTA.

I was pissed too. But check law school numbers. GW is only giving money to ppl with 3.8+ or 170+ this cycle. Our numbers would have gotten big money last cycle at GW. For those of you who got phone calls today (or emails for rejections/waitlist), when did you submit your apps? And when did you go complete?
